Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: All cases are made to order, in house, so we strive to ship most items within 1-5 business days. Customized cases could take longer. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Due to COVID-19 and around the holidays, delivery times may take longer.
Q: Do you make custom cases?
A: Yes! We offer many existing cases that can be customized with your name or initials. Have a favorite photo of your fur baby or you & your bestie? Are you an amateur artist or devoted doodler? We can make those into cases too. To order, choose the "Custom Case" product. Please email the picture or design to firstname.lastname@example.org. Images should be high quality and at least 1024x768.
Q: Are your phone cases protective?
A: Our cases are made from high quality TPU material. Cases made of TPU are resistant to scratches, shock and abrasion. The cases are both protective and durable. The cases are also flexible, making it easy to get on and off. We recommend that you also use a screen protector.
Q: Do the phone cases support wireless charging?
A: Due to the design of these cases, wireless charging is not supported at this time.
Q: Where are you located?
A: We are located in Florida.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We do ship internationally. Shipping outside of the US is $15 flat rate and is sent via US Postal Service First Class International.
